When Trusted Future, a tech advocacy org, proposed a minute-long video project to be done in a week, our small team was up to the challenge (and it sure was a challenge!). Timelines, deliverables, and the script all changed, yet we were able to storyboard, animate, sound design, and deliver — all ahead of schedule!
